We had öfvergårds äppelmust come to visit us on Kumlinge- a lovely apple juice producer on Åland with several very special apple varieties. They brought 7 musts for us all to try- beautiful soft color and flavors. I love apple juice and impossible choosing a favorite between zonga and zari and rubinola! We decided to make a small wine menu tasting as well, to try a few wines from local wineries Ainoa and Noita to put on our drink list this summer.
