Öfvergårds came to Kumlinge with seven musts — apple juice pressed from rare varieties grown on Åland, each one a different color and flavor. We tasted them alongside wines from two Finnish producers, Ainoa and Noita, to build our summer drink list. It was one a lovely afternoon at the hotel.
