We serve simple thoughtful food at the hotel, we believe in heirloom seeds, beautiful plates and good music while you cook. We use local and organic products, even our salt and sugar is sustainably produced. Our menu changes based on seasonal ingredients and is inspired by our favorites places, memories and cooks.

Our daily dinner is a prix fixe for hotel guests but we have a small plate menu and cocktails available when our patio is open.
