lamb meatball in cumin tomato sauce, couscous with herbs,
preserved lemon with yogurt

chips with salsa, cowboy caviar, ceviche
grilled summer squash and, cilantro rice with a chicken tostada

courgette and fresh mint soup with lemon zest
salmon with thyme and red grapes and risotto
panna cotta with green apple
