    1. It can be a bit of coordination to get here, please ask if you need any help with planning. Visit our travel pages to see how you can get here from Finland and Sweden. We will try to coordinate arrivals to come from Mariehamn. You are also welcome to book additional days after the workshop.

    2. There is a store on the island and a small pharmacy, with limited hours, please bring anything you may need ahead of time.

    3. Hard to know what the weather is like, but early spring on the islands can be a bit chilly, please bring clothes for boating or hikes in the forest.

  • Terms & Payments

    Because this workshop requires advance preparation of materials, meals, staffing, and accommodation, all registrations are considered final. Please be sure you can attend before registering.

    A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place.
    The remaining balance is due by the stated payment deadline. Details will be provided upon registration.

    This workshop is designed for a small group. If it runs with the minimum number of 6 participants, a small-group viability fee of €75 per person will apply. If 7 or more participants attend, this fee is not charged. Workshop will be confirmed March 29th if there are enough participants.

    Payment confirms your agreement to these terms.

    Cancellations by Participants

    If you need to cancel, please notify us in writing as soon as possible.

    • Deposits are non-refundable

    • If we are able to fill your place from a waitlist, we may offer a partial refund or credit, minus an administrative fee

    • If your place cannot be filled, no refund can be guaranteed

    We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect against unforeseen changes.

    Cancellations by the Organizer

    We reserve the right to cancel the workshop if minimum numbers are not met or if circumstances arise that affect the safety or quality of the experience.

    In this case, all payments received will be fully refunded. We cannot be responsible for additional costs such as travel or accommodation booked independently.
